The organising committee of ISA 2026 brings together four prominent institutions actively involved in archaeological science:
University of Turin
The University of Turin, one of Italy’s oldest and most prestigious universities, with five departments participating in the organisation (Chemistry, Physics, Earth Sciences, Life Sciences and Systems Biology and Historical Studies)
Associazione Italiana di Archeometria
The Italian Association of Archaeometry (Associazione Italiana di Archeometria), the principal Italian network of scholars and researchers applying scientific methods to cultural heritage
Centro Conservazione Restauro "La Venaria Reale"
The Centro Conservazione Restauro “La Venaria Reale”, one of Italy’s leading centres for the conservation, research, and education in the field of cultural heritage
Museo Egizio
The Museo Egizio, the second-largest museum in the world dedicated exclusively to ancient Egyptian culture
