We are pleased to announce that the 45th International Symposium on Archaeometry (ISA 2026) will take place in Turin (Torino), Italy, from 18 to 22 May 2026 at the prestigious Congress Centre of the Association of the Industrialists of Turin.

Since its origins in 1961, the ISA has evolved into a biennial event alternating between continents, in 2024 expanding for the first time to Australia.

Thanks to the extensive international networks of both the local organizing committee and the ISA Standing Committee—comprising representatives from previous symposia—the event is expected to attract a large and diverse global audience. With an estimated 500 participants, ISA 2026 has already received recognition and preliminary support from local authorities during the successful candidacy phase.
