NEWS! Extended until 15/12/2025

How to submit your abstract

All abstracts must be written in English. All oral presentations and poster presentations must also be delivered in English.

The abstract file must comply with the formatting and the guidelines provided in the template :

Save your file as:

SessionNumber_TypeOfPresentation _SurnameOfPresenter.docx

(e.g.: S2_Oral_Smith.docx or S4_Poster_Brown.docx) and upload it using the online form accessible via the link below.

Each registered participant may have one contribution eligible for an oral presentation and up to two contributions presented as posters!
Please repeat the submission procedure for each of the abstracts.
(Please note that, based on the evaluation of the Scientific Committee, a contribution proposed as an oral presentation may be accepted as a poster instead).

All submissions will be reviewed to assess their scientific quality and their relevance to the Symposium sessions. At the end of the evaluation process, acceptance of contributions as oral presentations or posters will be communicated via email.

All accepted contributions will be included in the Symposium programme, provided that the presenters have completed the registration process within the specified deadlines. The ISA 2026 website will also provide the Book of Abstracts for free download and consultation.
