Payment and registration are now open!
Each registered participant may present up to three contributions (max one oral), but may be listed as a co-author on any contributions presented by other registered participants. Presentations (oral or poster) will be held in person, while online attendance is available for auditors only.
Payment must be completed within the specified deadlines. Proof of payment is required for registration. Note that the excursion to Aosta on May 23 is included in the conference fee!
However, a small refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.
Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal (online only). On-site payment is NOT available.
Refunds will be issued with a 20% deduction for requests received by April 15, 2026.
From April 15 to May 15, 2026 it will be only possible to transfer the registration to another participant (no refund will be issued).

(A) Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate, M.Sc., and Ph.D. students. Proof of student status will be required at the time of registration step.
(B) Citizens and permanent residents from any country OTHER THAN EU countries, Australia, Canada, Chile, China, Guyana, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Panama, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, UAE, UK, USA, Uruguay.
(C) For Ukrainian auditors (from Ukraine or displaced abroad due to full-scale invasion) a brief motivation letter will be required at the online registration step.
(D) Members of scientific societies supporting the Symposium will receive a 10% discount on their registration fees. The following societies are currently supporting the Symposium (you are encouraged to ask your society to join the list):
